In this success story, we implemented a robotic cell, resulting in annual savings of over 1 million USD for the client.
In this project, we integrated a robotic cell that enabled the client to save over 5 million USD annually.
Our team provided support during the commissioning of a windshield manufacturing plant that had been without the proper personnel to complete the production cell for over two months. Our engineers worked for approximately four months (when originally this should have been the time to fulfill the client’s requirements) to ensure the project's success. Thanks to this intervention, the client was able to save a crucial project, avoiding a loss of more than 2 million USD.
The client did not have enough trained personnel to complete the commissioning project. To resolve this situation, our team of 10 electrical installation technicians worked for approximately 2 months at the plant, ensuring the operation of a cell composed of more than 200 robotic arms and 50 stations. This intervention allowed the plant to begin operations without additional losses.
